Independent faith-driven country/Americana artist Michael Scott is preparing to release “Wings Spread Wide (Acoustic)” on May 29, 2026, leading into the full Campfire Chords acoustic album arriving July 1, 2026.
Rooted in acoustic storytelling, faith, redemption, freedom, and small-town values, Campfire Chords strips everything back to what matters most — honest songs, real experiences, and music written for everyday people walking through the highs and lows of life.
Inspired by northern Michigan skies, campfire nights, winding backroads, and moments of reflection, the project explores themes that have become central to Michael’s music:

Leading the way is “Wings Spread Wide (Acoustic)”, a faith-driven acoustic anthem about growth, freedom, and realizing that even in our hardest moments, God never leaves us walking alone.
Built around open highways, late-night thoughts, and learning to trust a bigger plan, the song blends acoustic warmth with a message of perseverance, healing, and purpose.
